Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development or a related role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth, especially for B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong understanding of market research, business strategy, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Basic: BS in Computer Science or a relevant field. Preferred: MS in AI/ML.
• 5+ years of experience in backend software development or an AI role.
• Ability to design high-throughput scalable backend systems.
• Knowledge/experience of ML and deep learning, fine-tuning AI models (especially LLMs), policy optimization, creating embeddings, transformer architecture.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain knowledge/usage.
• Experience using and prompt engineering LLMs such as LLaMA or GPT in apps.
• Nice to have: CV knowledge like VLM and CNN.
• Proficiency in any programming language such as Python, Node.js.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) and technologies like Docker.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, databases (MySQL, MongoDB, VectorDB).
