Avyott is a text-based AI support agent that seamlessly integrates into products or websites to provide customer support (the "Product"). The Product provides answers to customer questions in multiple languages, learns from the knowledge base to deliver context-aware responses, integrates with third-party software products including ServiceNow, MantisHub BT, and Google Calendar, etc. and can also be accessed via multiple channels including WhatsApp, webapps, website chat widgets, APIs and other messaging platforms. This document governs the terms and conditions of your access and usage of the Product and related services.
Your data is safeguarded with robust security measures and is processed only for the purpose of delivering and improving our Products and services. This policy applies when interacting with the Product through any channel, including the Product, sign-up flows, in-platform account creation, or when using Avyott's AI agents, integrations, and automations.
We encourage all users especially business customers to review this policy, particularly the sections on data collection, use of business data, and the processing activities linked to AI workflows.
Each time you use the Product, the current version of this Privacy Policy will apply. Accordingly, each time you use the Product you are requested to check the date of this Privacy Policy (which the Product bears at the beginning of this document) and review any changes since the last time you used the Product. In case the Company makes any substantive changes to this Policy, it will announce it on the Product and will also send its users a notice to the e-mail the Company has on file. Once the changes have been made, your continued use of the Product will be considered as acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
By accessing the Product and/or by providing your information, you agree and grant your consent for us to receive, store, process, transfer, and utilize the personal and identifiable information as provided by you. You hereby acknowledge and agree that all Information is provided by you to us, is voluntarily and the Information provided by you is not subject to any undue influence.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, You, as a User (being a natural person), affirm that You have reached the legal age of majority, which is 18 years, and possess the necessary legal competence to engage in contractual agreements as per the applicable laws. Our company builds AI products and services to enable our services, we collect and store specific information related to calls, AI agents, credentials, and phone numbers, as outlined below. We function as a data processor on behalf of our customers.
AI Assistants: When customers create AI assistants on our platform, we retain their configuration settings, prompts, and any training data or templates used to enhance the assistant's conversational capabilities. This may include sample phrases, knowledge base content, dialog structures, and AI model parameters. Assistant data remains stored as long as the customer maintains the assistant on our platform.
Credentials: To integrate with third-party services that support our voice AI functionality, we securely store required credentials such as API keys, access tokens, and webhook URLs. These credentials are encrypted and accessible only to Any systems that require them to operate the service on behalf of the customer. Credentials are deleted upon customer request or when they are no longer required.
Other Data: While using our service, we may collect additional information, including but not limited to: gender, age, date and place of birth, passport details, citizenship status, residential registration and current address, work and mobile phone numbers, educational qualifications, certifications, professional training details, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, compensation and bonus-related information, marital status, family details, social security or other taxpayer identification numbers, office location, and other relevant data.
Automatic Information: We automatically collect and store certain types of information pertaining to the use of Services from our Product. Like many Products, we may use cookies and other unique identifiers, and we may obtain certain types of information when your web browser or device accesses Services and other content served by or on behalf of us on other Product. Avyott is strictly for business use and is not intended for children under 13 . We do not knowingly process children’s data.
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless, at your own expense, from and against any and all losses, penalties, liability, obligations, damages, third-party claims, demands, causes of action, costs, and expenses of whatever form or nature (each a “Claim” and collectively, “Claims”), including reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs of legal defense, arising out of or related to: (i) any negligent acts, omissions or willful misconduct by you; (ii) your access to and use of the Product; (iii) an actual or alleged breach of any of your duties, representations, warranties or covenants of this Agreement, except to the extent such indemnity is prohibited by law
Your data may be transferred and processed outside your country. When we do so, we apply adequate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and industry-standard protections.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Avyott constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We do not solicit confidential details, such as your OTP/CVV/PIN/Card Number/ Bank account details through any means other than for payment purposes. We never initiate phone calls to you for the purpose of providing offers, discounts on products and offering free gifts.
Scamsters/fraudsters attempt various techniques such as ‘phishing’, to contact, influence and defraud consumers. We consistently caution and advise our Users against sharing any personal or payment sensitive information to unknown persons as such sharing may lead to unauthorized use and/or fraud and consequent financial loss. We may also from time to time, caution and advise you to educate yourselves to be vigilant regarding such activities.
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense incurred by anyone where you have shared your personal and/or payment sensitive information with scamsters/fraudsters.
We also request and encourage you to report such attempts or incidents to our Grievance officer (or Customer care) to enable us to investigate and explore legal recourse.
We rely on payment partners and banks for various aspects of our financial transactions. In specific instances where payment or refund issues arise, it's important to note that there may be delays beyond our control once we initiate the investigation and hand it over to these entities.
The said Privacy Policy will be governed by the Laws of India.
Any dispute, controversy or claim directly or indirectly caused by, arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy will be referred to confidential, mandatory and binding arbitration and the seat will be in Goa, India. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The proceedings of arbitration shall be conducted in English language and the arbitration award shall be substantiated in writing and binding on the User and the Company. The User irrevocably agrees that the courts at Goa, India will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all matters arising out of this Privacy Policy.
You can direct any questions or complaints about the use or disclosure of personal information to Aaditya Raul Lobo (Grievance Officer). We will accordingly investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints or disputes regarding the use or disclosure of your personal information within 60 (sixty) days of receiving the complaint.
We shall do everything it can to ensure that the Product is safe, secure and does not cause undue privacy or data security risks and we shall use the Product in a professional and ethical manner and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any other statements and/or disclosures made by us to you and applicable laws.
In the event you discover or learn of any unethical conduct in connection with the use of the Product, or that the Product is being used in a manner that is inconsistent with the statements and/or disclosures made by us to you or is in breach of applicable laws, we will take immediate action to prohibit such unethical conduct and to ensure the proper administration of the Product.
